About the artist:

Bio: voni is a multi-disciplinary artist that translates non-visible constructs of human condition into visual material. Much of her inspiration comes from ideas of the "neo-surreal" as she calls it, and from early 20th century psychological theory. Her work is multi-disciplinary and is not limited to one specific medium. Prior to her post-secondary education, voni’s work was heavily concentrated in painting and drawing. Over the years, her practice has grown to include soft sculpture, fashion sculpture, film and installation. voni currently lives and works in New York City while also pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Parsons School of Design. voni's first solo exhibition was titled IGAMEW FRINKATWO! and was shown at Sister Gallery, Adelaide, Australia from August 18th to September 18th, 2017. voni's work has also been featured in publications such as Estela Magazine and Deux Hommes.
